F.A.Q. - Please check here before asking questions!

"What tablet do you use?"
    Wacom Intuos4 small.

"What program(s) do you use?"
Paint Tool SAI, Clip Studio Paint Pro, and/or Photoshop CS6.

"How do you get the strokes with the darker edge?"
It's a Wet Edge effect called "Fringe" in Paint Tool SAI.

"What tool do you use to draw the line art?"
    In SAI, the Pencil tool.
In Clip, Pen tool (G Pen or KabuPen)

"What tool settings do you use?"
I often change mine to suit different drawings, so what you see may not be what I always use. You can ask to see my tools panel during a stream. If I didn't see your request (since I sometimes focus on drawing instead of the chat), please wait and ask again later!

"What canvas sizes do you draw on? (Digital)"
It really depends on what I'm drawing. A doodle would be much smaller than a print. There isn't really a clear answer I can give. Feel free to ask during a stream!

"What program do you livestream with?"
Livestream Procaster. For other details, please check the Livestream FAQ or Google.

"There was one (or more) song I heard during your stream, but couldn't get the name of!"
If that session is recorded and put on demand, you can find the name of the video, time of the song(s), comment here and ask me! :'D But always feel free to ask during a stream too!

**I also have a, and I always enable Scrobbling during streams. You can check it any time for my playlist~!

"Do you do requests/collabs/art trades?"
    I don't, sorry!

"What brand of watercolor pencils do you use?"
    Derwent and Staedtler.

"What's the difference you find between watercolor pencils and normal color pencils?"
I think watercolor pencils are softer, so the colors blend better. Though it's been a long time since I last used normal color pencils, so I barely remember the difference haha.

"Can I use your poses/drawings for my own art?"
As long as you give proper reference credit to me and are not selling that image in any way (ex. merchandises, commissions, etc), yes, but only with my drawing as a reference. It's for personal practice purposes only. Stock purposes are NOT ok either, because it gives access to others (ex. bases).

If you just plain traced a drawing of mine, I would also like to ask you to remove and not post it anywhere. It would be neither yours nor art.

"Can I make bases from your drawings?"
I do NOT allow any sort of basing off my drawings, so absolutely not. If you ever come across any, please report them and/or tell me immediately! They never got permission from me.

"Can you make tutorials?"
    I don't believe myself to be a good teacher at all. Most of the time I don't know why I do what I do. So I can't, sorry;;;

BUT. There are many already existing tutorials that you'd find helpful here on dA, so please make use of them! :')

"How long did it take you to draw like you do now?"
Technically I've been "drawing" since I was 3 years old, but got more into it around 2006.

"What fonts do you use for your watermarks?"
    For 2012, it's DFMaruMoji or Steiner. 2011 was DFPCraftYu. Anything before or after then was probably random. ( ' v ' );;

"What are the brushes you use for traditional watercolor?"
They're brush pens that can contain water. The two brands I own are Holbein, and Kuretake.

"Do you do commissions? Are you accepting commissions right now?"
I do, however my commissions are closed most of the year. Please visit my commission journal for the current status. I always announce via journals when I open commissions again!

"How much are your commissions?"
My rates may differ every time I open, so I can't give you a definite answer.

I have a question i don't have a wet edge?
Aka-Shiro Oct 7, 2013  Student Digital Artist
It's a default filter, I'm fairly certain SAI always has it (unless it could be deleted)
